I love the product and I just can't wait to use it whenever I'm in danger my safety is important and I feel she pretty is a really good product for anyone that could be in danger at the moment and definitely I will buy it when I have children some days but I have daughters

Hate to deal with this. Wish people would do their jobs correctly to begin with. So aggravating!!! No customer service number to call.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Credit card is disputing the charge.
My birdie arrived after three weeks and it was broke out of the box. Sent an email and was asked to send a video showing it was broke.
Did that right away. After 5 days, no response back even though I sent several inquiries.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I never received my order
I need a full refund, or I will have my bank take action on my behalf. I have a daughter and 3 granddaughters.

I ordered a pair of shoes that were too big, so I ordered the next smaller size and tried to return the bigger pair. Their website would not let me return them, so I sent an email which was never answered.
I have called twice and never get anything but a robot. So frustrated!
